
Trim woody ends off asparagus. Group into bundles of 3-4 spears.
Wrap each bundle with a strip of bacon, spiraling from bottom to top. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
Brush lightly with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until bacon is crispy and asparagus is tender.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and garlic powder. Serve with lemon wedges.
Tip: Use regular-cut bacon, not thick-cut — thick bacon won't crisp before the asparagus overcooks. Stretch the bacon slightly as you wrap for tighter bundles.
