
Halve mini peppers lengthwise and remove seeds.
Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, green onions, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Fill each pepper half generously with the cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes until peppers are tender and filling is golden.
Garnish with fresh herbs and optional crumbled bacon.
Tip: Don't overfill — the cream cheese puffs up during cooking. For a spicy kick, mix in diced jalapenos or use pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar.
