2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
Topping
1/3 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Lemon wedges

    Cut broccoli into bite-sized florets. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

    Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway, until edges are charred and crispy.

    Toss hot broccoli with Parmesan, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.

    Squeeze fresh lemon over the top and serve immediately.

💡

Tip: Don't overcrowd — the charred crispy bits on the edges are the best part and they only happen with good air circulation. A few burnt tips add smoky flavor.
