
Pat shrimp dry. Dredge in flour, then egg, then panko.
Spray all sides with cooking spray.
Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
Mix mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey for the bang bang sauce.
Toss crispy shrimp in sauce. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
Tip: Toss with sauce RIGHT before serving — the panko goes soggy fast. Serve extra sauce on the side for dipping. Adjust sriracha to your heat preference. These make incredible appetizers or lettuce wrap fillings.
