Fish
4 mahi mahi fillets (6 oz each)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper
Mango Salsa
1 mango, diced
1/4 red onion, diced
1 jalapeño, minced
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Pinch of salt

Steps

    Pat mahi mahi dry. Brush with olive oil and season with cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

    Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes until fish flakes easily and is opaque throughout.

    While fish cooks, mix mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt for the salsa.
