
Toss shrimp with melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Spread in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 400°F for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway, until shrimp are pink and slightly charred.
Squeeze lemon over the top and garnish with parsley.
Serve with crusty bread to soak up every drop of garlic butter.
Tip: Jumbo shrimp with the tail on look better and cook more evenly. The garlic starts to toast in the air fryer, deepening its flavor. These are done when they're pink with a few charred spots. Perfect over pasta, on salad, or just with bread.
