
Pat cod fillets completely dry. Brush with olive oil.
Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches 145°F.

Spoon lemon herb butter over the fish and serve immediately.
Tip: Cod is delicate — don't flip it or it may fall apart. Pat it dry for better browning. The fish is done when it flakes easily but is still moist in the center. Overcooking makes it rubbery. The lemon-herb butter transforms simple cod into something special.
