
Pat tilapia fillets dry. Brush with olive oil.
Mix Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and melted butter.
Press the Parmesan mixture firmly onto the top of each fillet.
Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes until the crust is golden and fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with lemon wedges, fresh parsley, and tartar sauce.
Tip: Tilapia is thin — it cooks fast. Check at 8 minutes to avoid overcooking. The melted butter in the Parmesan mixture helps it brown into a crispy crust. Don't flip — cook crust-side up.
