
Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together until smooth and slightly frothy.
Grease a 6-inch oven-safe pan or silicone baking dish and pour in the egg mixture.
Scatter ham, tomato, and green onion over one half of the egg mixture.
Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes until the eggs are set and the surface is no longer wet.
Sprinkle Swiss cheese over the filling side, fold the plain half over, and air fry for 1 more minute to melt the cheese.
Slide onto a plate and serve immediately.
Tip: A silicone baking dish is ideal here because the omelette slides right out without tearing. If using a metal pan, grease it generously with butter rather than cooking spray for the best release.
