
Place eggs directly on the air fryer rack or in the basket. No oil, no prep needed.
Air fry at 270°F for 15-16 minutes for hard boiled (13 minutes for jammy soft-boiled).
Transfer immediately to an ice bath for 5 minutes. This stops cooking and makes peeling easier.
Peel under cold running water. The shells should slide right off.
Season with salt and pepper, or use for deviled eggs, salads, or meal prep.
Tip: The ice bath is essential — skip it and the yolks get that grey-green ring. For meal prep, unpeeled eggs keep in the fridge for up to 7 days.
