
Blend eggs, cream cheese, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper until completely smooth.
Divide gruyère among greased silicone muffin cups. Pour egg mixture on top, filling ¾ full.
Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on each. Air fry at 350°F for 10-12 minutes until puffed and set.
Cool 2 minutes in mold (deflating is normal). Top with chives. Refrigerate up to 5 days.
Tip: The blender step is everything — it creates the silky custard texture. Skip it and you get scrambled eggs.
