
Wrap each bacon strip inside a silicone muffin cup, forming a cup shape.
Air fry at 370°F for 4 minutes to set the shape.
Crack one egg into each cup. Season. Add cheddar on top.
Cook 5-6 more minutes until whites are set. Garnish with chives.
Tip: Use regular-cut bacon — thick-cut won't crisp before the egg overcooks. For meal prep, cook yolks fully. Reheat at 300°F for 2-3 min.
