
Split each pita round in half to make thinner chips. Cut each half into triangles.

Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer (cook in batches).
Air fry at 375°F for 4-6 minutes until golden and crispy. Watch closely — they go fast.
Cool completely (they crisp up more as they cool). Serve with your favorite dips.
Tip: Splitting the pitas into thinner halves gives you crispier chips. Za'atar is the authentic Middle Eastern choice; Italian seasoning is a great substitute. Store cooled chips in an airtight container for up to a week. They're perfect for hummus.
