Dough
1 lb pizza dough (store-bought)
1/4 cup baking soda
4 cups warm water
1 egg, beaten
Coarse pretzel salt or sea salt
Dipping
Warm cheese sauce
Honey mustard
2 tbsp melted butter

    Roll pizza dough into ropes about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into 1-inch pieces.

    Dissolve baking soda in warm water. Dip each piece in the solution for 30 seconds (this creates the pretzel flavor and color).

    Place on a towel to dry briefly. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with coarse salt.
