
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Press wonton wrappers into a mini muffin tin to form cups. Spray with cooking spray. Air fry at 375°F for 3 minutes until lightly golden.
Fill each cup with the spinach artichoke mixture.
Air fry at 375°F for 5-6 minutes until filling is bubbly and wonton edges are golden brown.
Serve warm.
Tip: Squeeze every drop of water from the spinach or the filling will be watery. Pre-baking the wonton cups keeps them from getting soggy under the filling. These can be assembled ahead and refrigerated until ready to cook.
