
Pat turkey legs dry. Rub with olive oil.
Mix all seasonings together. Coat turkey legs generously on all sides.
Air fry at 380°F for 25-30 minutes, flipping every 10 minutes, until skin is crispy and internal temp reaches 175°F.
Rest 5 minutes.
Serve with BBQ sauce, coleslaw, and corn.
Tip: Turkey legs are dark meat, so they need a higher internal temp than breast (175°F vs 165°F) for the best texture. The connective tissue needs to break down. Flipping frequently ensures even, crispy skin all around. Wrapping the bone end in foil makes them easier to hold.
