
Spread Dijon mustard down the center of each tortilla. Layer ham and Swiss cheese.
Roll tightly, tucking in the sides. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
Brush outside of each wrap with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
Air fry seam-side down at 375°F for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Remove toothpicks, slice in half diagonally, and serve hot.
Tip: Place seam-side down first so the tortilla seals itself as it crisps. The butter-garlic brush on the outside creates a restaurant-quality golden crust.
