20-24 frozen potstickers (pork, chicken, or vegetable)
Cooking spray or 1 tsp sesame oil
Dipping Sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp chili garlic sauce
1 green onion, sliced

Steps

    Lightly spray or brush frozen potstickers with sesame oil — this is what makes them golden.

    Arrange in a single layer in the basket, not touching. Air fry at 380°F for 10-12 minutes.

    Shake gently at 6 minutes. They're done when golden-brown and the wrapper is crispy.

    Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chili garlic sauce for the dipping sauce.
