
Place one tortilla flat. Spread cheese (and any fillings) on one half. Fold in half.
Spray both sides lightly with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
Air fry at 375°F for 4-5 minutes, flip, and cook another 2-3 minutes until golden and cheese is fully melted.
Let rest 1 minute, then cut into wedges.
Serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
Tip: Use a toothpick to hold the quesadilla shut if it pops open. Don't overfill — too much filling means the cheese can't melt and seal the edges.
