1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1/3 cup grated Parmesan
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup flour

Steps

    Mix panko, ranch seasoning, and Parmesan in a shallow dish.

    Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, press into ranch panko mixture.

    Spray with oil. Air fry at 380°F for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and 165°F internal.

Tip: Thighs work better than breasts — they stay juicier under the heavy breading. The ranch packet has enough salt, so don't add more. Press the panko firmly so it sticks. Serve with extra ranch for dipping.
