Chicken Wings (pre-cooked / buffalo) in the Air Fryer

Cook frozen chicken wings (pre-cooked / buffalo) straight from the freezer at 390°F (200°C) for 10-14 minutes. No thawing. Brand notes included.

390°F for 10 to 14 minutes, shake at 6.

  1. 1

Do not thaw. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.

  2. 2

Spread the frozen chicken wings (pre-cooked / buffalo) in a single layer straight from the bag.

  3. 3

Air fry for 10 to 14 minutes, shaking the basket at 6 minutes so nothing fuses together.

  4. 4

Follow the package directions and check the center for doneness. Browning alone does not show that raw meat or poultry is cooked safely.

Use these settings as a starting point; thickness, quantity, and appliance model affect timing. How to use our cooking guides.

Worth knowing. Sauce burns — add more sauce AFTER air frying, not before.

Brand notes

Tyson Any'tizers Buffalo: 390°F, 12 min. TGI Friday's: 390°F, 13 min.
