
Toss apple pie filling with cinnamon and chop any large apple pieces into smaller bits.
Place about ¼ cup of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold the bottom corner up, fold in the sides, and roll tightly, sealing the edge with a dab of water.
Spray egg rolls generously with cooking spray on all sides.
Air fry at 380°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until the wrappers are crispy and deep golden.
Sprinkle immediately with cinnamon sugar and drizzle with caramel sauce.
Tip: Roll the egg rolls as tightly as possible to prevent air pockets that cause the wrapper to crack.
