
Unfold puff pastry and cut into 4 equal squares.
Spread about 1 tablespoon of Nutella in the center of each square, leaving a ½-inch border.
Fold each square diagonally to form a triangle and press edges firmly with a fork to seal.
Brush the tops with beaten egg and cut two small slits for steam venting.
Air fry at 370°F for 10–12 minutes until puffed and deeply golden.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
Tip: Keep the puff pastry cold until you are ready to assemble — warm pastry becomes sticky and will not puff properly. Do not overfill with Nutella as it will leak out during cooking.
