
Cut each biscuit into quarters and roll each piece into a smooth ball.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket and the donut holes with cooking spray.
Arrange donut holes in a single layer with space between each. Work in batches if needed.
Air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown all over.
Immediately brush hot donut holes with melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Serve warm for the best texture.
