
Cook ground beef, drain fat. Add taco seasoning and water, simmer until thickened. Cool slightly.
Stir in cheese and green chiles.
Place 2-3 tablespoons of filling on each tortilla. Roll tightly, place seam-side down.
Spray with oil. Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve with sour cream, salsa, guacamole, and shredded lettuce.
Tip: Flour tortillas work better than corn here — they crisp up without cracking. Roll them tight or they unravel. Seam-side down first so they seal shut. Let the filling cool a bit before rolling or the tortillas get soggy.
