3/4 cup cold beer (lager)
Fish
4 cod or haddock fillets (6 oz each)
1/4 cup flour for dusting
Cooking spray
Malt vinegar
Tartar sauce
Lemon wedges

Steps

    Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk in cold beer until smooth.
