
Remove pork chops from fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Pat very dry.
Rub with olive oil. Mix all seasonings and coat chops generously on all sides.
Air fry at 400°F for 14-16 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temp reaches 145°F.
Top with butter and fresh thyme. Rest 5 minutes.
Serve with your favorite sides.
Tip: Bone-in chops are more forgiving than boneless — the bone conducts heat and keeps the meat juicier. Always use an instant-read thermometer. The USDA lowered safe pork temp to 145°F; don't overcook to 165°F or they'll be dry.
