Lay bacon slices in a single layer in the basket — slight overlap is okay, they shrink as they cook.
Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes for thick-cut, 6-8 minutes for regular-cut.
Check at the lower time — bacon goes from perfect to burnt in 60 seconds.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Bacon crisps up more as it cools.
Tip: No need to flip — the circulating hot air cooks both sides evenly. For candied bacon, sprinkle brown sugar on top before cooking and watch closely the last 2 minutes.
