
Cut sausage into 2-inch pieces. Toss with sliced peppers, onions, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread in air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry at 400°F for 14-16 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes, until sausage is browned and peppers are charred at edges.
Check sausage reaches 165°F internal temperature.
