
Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold into wet ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Press dough into a greased 6-7 inch oven-safe pan that fits your air fryer.
Air fry at 325°F for 15-18 minutes until edges are golden but center is still slightly soft.
Cool 5 minutes. Top with ice cream, caramel drizzle, and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
Tip: The center should look slightly underdone when you pull it — it firms up as it cools. A fully set center means an overbaked, dry cookie pie.
