
Cream butter and sugars. Mix in egg yolk and vanilla.
Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in chocolate chips.
Press dough into a greased 6-inch round pan or silicone mold that fits your air fryer.
Air fry at 340°F for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and golden but center still looks slightly underdone.
Top immediately with ice cream, chocolate sauce, caramel, and flaky salt. Serve with spoons.
Tip: Pull it early — the center should look underdone. It continues cooking in the hot pan and sets up into a perfectly gooey center. Overbaked pizookie is just a big cookie.
