
Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add egg, milk, and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
Pour batter into a squeeze bottle or piping bag fitted with a small round tip.
Cut a piece of parchment to fit the air fryer basket and lightly spray with oil.
Squeeze batter onto the parchment in overlapping spiral and zigzag patterns.
Air fry at 370°F for 5–6 minutes, flip carefully, and cook another 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
Dust generously with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
Tip: A squeeze bottle with a wide opening gives you the most control when piping the batter. Work quickly as the batter thickens over time.
