2 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped
Serving
Drawn butter for dipping
Lemon wedges
Fresh asparagus or corn on the cob

Steps

    Using kitchen shears, cut down the top of the lobster shell lengthwise. Gently pull meat up through the slit and rest it on top of the shell (butterfly style).

    Mix melted butter with garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush generously over the lobster meat.

    Air fry at 380°F for 6-8 minutes until meat is opaque and reaches 140°F.

    Garnish with parsley. Serve with drawn butter and lemon wedges.

Tip: Butterflying the tail (meat on top of shell) is key — it cooks more evenly and looks impressive. Don't overcook lobster; it gets tough and rubbery fast. Pull at 140°F. Use kitchen shears, not a knife, for cutting the shell safely.
