
Toss shrimp with melted butter, garlic, white wine, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Place in an oven-safe dish or foil pan that fits the air fryer.
Air fry at 400°F for 6-8 minutes, stirring once, until shrimp are pink and curled.
Garnish with parsley and lemon zest.

Tip: Don't overcook shrimp — they go from perfect to rubbery in about 60 seconds. They're done when they curl into a C shape; an O shape means overcooked. The pan juices become the sauce, so use good butter and wine.
