3 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch fresh ginger, grated
Vegetables
1 large bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Serving
fresh cilantro for garnish
mint chutney for dipping
lemon wedges

    Whisk yogurt with lemon juice, oil, garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, cumin, salt, garlic, and ginger in a large bowl.
