Filling
1 lb ground pork
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
3 green onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp grated ginger
Wrappers
12 egg roll wrappers
Cooking spray
Sweet chili sauce for dipping
Hot mustard for dipping

Steps

    Brown ground pork in a skillet. Add cabbage, carrots, garlic, and ginger. Cook 3 minutes until wilted.

    Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions. Cool slightly.

    Place 2-3 tbsp filling on each wrapper. Fold envelope-style: bottom up, sides in, roll tightly. Seal edge with water.

    Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway, until deeply golden and crispy. Serve with sweet chili sauce and hot mustard.
