2 green onions, finely sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp grated ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp white pepper

Equipment

  • Oil Sprayer Mister

Steps

  1. 1

Mix ground pork with green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and white pepper.

  2. 2

Place 1 tsp filling in center of each wonton wrapper. Wet edges with water.

  3. 3

Fold into triangles and press edges firmly to seal. Pull corners together for a tortellini shape if desired.

  4. 4

Spray all sides with cooking spray.

  5. 5

Air fry at 380°F for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy. Serve with soy-vinegar dipping sauce and chili oil.

💡

Tip: Less filling is more — overstuffed wontons burst open. Press out all air when sealing or they'll puff up and pop. Work with a damp towel over unused wrappers so they don't dry out.
