
Mix ground pork with green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and white pepper.
Place 1 tsp filling in center of each wonton wrapper. Wet edges with water.
Fold into triangles and press edges firmly to seal. Pull corners together for a tortellini shape if desired.
Spray all sides with cooking spray.
Air fry at 380°F for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy. Serve with soy-vinegar dipping sauce and chili oil.
Tip: Less filling is more — overstuffed wontons burst open. Press out all air when sealing or they'll puff up and pop. Work with a damp towel over unused wrappers so they don't dry out.
