
Slice flank steak thin against the grain. Toss with olive oil and fajita seasoning.
Add sliced peppers and onions. Toss everything together.
Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, shaking every 4 minutes, until steak is done and veggies are charred.
Squeeze lime over everything.
Serve in warm tortillas with sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and cheese.
Tip: Flank steak MUST be sliced against the grain or it's chewy. Thin slices cook fast and stay tender. Don't overcrowd — cook in batches if needed for good char. The lime juice at the end brightens everything.
