½ cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Coating
4 tbsp butter (for browning)
½ cup cinnamon sugar

Steps

    Whisk flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add milk, egg, and vanilla. Mix until just combined.

    Pipe or spoon into a greased donut mold. Don't overfill.

    Air fry at 350°F for 6-7 minutes until donuts spring back when pressed.

    Brown the butter until amber and nutty. Brush over warm donuts, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
