
Halve bananas lengthwise (leave skins on for easier handling). Brush cut sides with melted butter.
Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Sprinkle generously over the cut sides.
Place cut-side up in the basket. Air fry at 380°F for 8-10 minutes until caramelized and golden.
Carefully remove from skins. Serve warm over vanilla ice cream with chopped nuts and a drizzle of honey.
Tip: Use ripe bananas with some brown spots — they have more sugar to caramelize. Underripe bananas won't develop that toffee-like flavor.
