
Pat shrimp dry. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and onion powder. Press coating onto each shrimp.
Arrange in a single layer in the basket. Spray lightly with oil.
Air fry at 400°F for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.
Tip: Don't overcrowd the basket — shrimp need space for air circulation or they'll steam instead of crisp. Work in batches if needed.
