
Mix cream cheese, crab, green onions, garlic, Worcestershire, soy sauce, and white pepper until combined.
Place 1 heaping teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Wet edges with water, fold into a triangle, and press firmly to seal.
Spray both sides of each rangoon generously with cooking spray.
Arrange in a single layer — no touching. Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with sweet chili sauce and hot mustard.
Tip: Press the air out when sealing or they'll puff open during cooking. A fork crimp along the edges adds extra insurance and looks great.
