
Mix softened butter with minced garlic, Parmesan, parsley, and salt until combined.
Halve the baguette lengthwise. Spread butter mixture generously over the cut sides.
Place cut-side up in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 350°F for 4-5 minutes until edges are deeply golden and butter is bubbling.
Cut into portions and serve immediately while the crust is still crackling.
Tip: Use softened butter, not melted — melted butter soaks into the bread and creates soggy spots instead of a golden crust. If your butter is cold, microwave in 5-second bursts until just spreadable.
