
Trim green beans and pat dry. Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, panko mixed with Parmesan and seasonings.
Dredge beans in batches: flour, then egg, then panko-Parmesan. Press coating on well.
Arrange in a single layer. Spray with oil.
Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
Serve immediately with sriracha mayo or ranch.
Tip: Work in small batches when breading — wet hands make the coating clump. Keep one hand for wet ingredients and one for dry to stay efficient.
