
Drain hearts of palm and pat dry. Cut in half lengthwise if thick.
Set up three bowls: flour, plant-based milk, panko mixed with seasonings.
Dredge each piece: flour, then milk, then seasoned panko. Press coating firmly.
Spray with oil. Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Serve with marinara or vegan ranch for dipping.
Tip: Hearts of palm are naturally tender, so the coating does all the heavy lifting. Press the panko on firmly and let them crisp up fully before handling.
