
Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain fat. Add all seasonings and 1/4 cup water. Simmer 5 minutes.
Stand taco shells upright in air fryer basket. Spoon seasoned beef into each shell.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Air fry at 400°F for 3-4 minutes until shells are crispy and cheese is melted.
Top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, salsa, and jalapeños.
Tip: Standing the shells upright keeps them from falling over. If they won't stay, crumple small balls of foil between them for support. The air fryer makes store-bought shells taste freshly fried.
