
Spread Dijon mustard on the inside of each bread slice, then layer turkey, ham, and Swiss cheese to build two sandwiches.
Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
Dip each assembled sandwich into the egg batter, coating both sides evenly and letting excess drip off.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket and place the sandwiches inside.
Air fry at 380°F for 5-6 minutes per side until the coating is golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately with raspberry jam for dipping.
Tip: Don't over-soak the bread in the egg batter or it will turn soggy rather than crispy. A quick dip on each side is all you need.
