¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup cold butter, cubed
¼ cup rolled oats
pinch of salt

    Toss peach slices with brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a bowl.

    Divide the peach mixture evenly among two oven-safe ramekins.

    Combine flour, sugar, oats, and salt, then cut in cold butter until crumbly. Scatter topping over the peaches.
