
Halve and pit the peaches, then brush the cut sides with melted butter.
Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg together, then sprinkle evenly over the cut sides of each peach half.
Place peach halves cut-side up in the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F for 8–10 minutes until caramelized and tender.
Remove peaches and let cool for 1–2 minutes.
Serve each peach half topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, a drizzle of honey, and fresh mint.
Tip: Choose peaches that are ripe but still slightly firm so they hold their shape during cooking.
