
Place sausage links in a single layer in the air fryer basket. No need to thaw if frozen.
Spray lightly with cooking spray.
Air fry at 370°F for 8-10 minutes (10-12 if frozen), turning halfway through.
Sausages are done when browned and internal temp reaches 160°F.
Serve with eggs, toast, and fresh fruit.
Tip: No oil needed in the pan — sausages have plenty of their own fat. Don't prick the casings or all the juicy goodness runs out. They shrink a bit, so you can fit more than you'd think. Shake the basket instead of flipping individually.
